Account Deletion
How to delete your Adsity account and data.
Option 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)
You can delete your account directly within Adsity. This is instant and does not require contacting support.
- Open Adsity and go to Settings
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- Enter your account email and type DELETE ACCOUNT to confirm, then tap the delete button
Your account and all associated data will be deleted immediately.
Option 2: Email Request
If you cannot access the app, send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, your personal account and access are permanently removed immediately. Data in shared workspaces may remain for other owners/members if ownership is transferred.
- Your user profile, account settings, and push notification tokens
- Your memberships in businesses and agencies
- Facebook connection data tied to your user account (if connected)
- Businesses/agencies with no other members are scheduled for deletion
- Shared businesses/agencies with other members are retained for those members
